Methodological Design to Determine Water Resource Management Indicators in Irrigation Districts

چکیده

We present the construction of a methodological proposal to determine which indicators should be considered in monitoring and evaluation water resource management irrigation districts Colombia (Land Adequacy Districts). This document begins with characterization subsector land adequacy, presents national international background assessment management, establishes optimal scope given experience Colombian institutions, current legal framework, quality official information on issues. Economic, social, water, climate aspects are considered. Thirteen were chosen from Product Management Indicators, Activity Indicators Results, Impact Indicators.
